These cover the use of this website and how we quote work. The agreement for any particular job is the written estimate you receive and accept — where these terms and your estimate differ, your estimate governs.
Estimates given on this site or by phone are estimates, not fixed prices. What a job actually costs depends on what is actually there on the day: access, stairs, volume, weight, distance and time. We tell you before we start if what we find changes the number.
An estimate becomes an agreement when you accept it in writing and we confirm it.
Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Inside 48 hours, talk to us — we would rather reschedule than charge you.
Any deposit that applies to your job will be stated on your estimate before you accept it. We do not take payment from this website.
Residential and commercial moving, junk removal and cleanouts, same-day courier, labor and staffing, demolition and tear-outs, and unit turnovers. Some items we cannot take, either because the law says so or because they are unsafe. We will tell you plainly rather than surprise you.
We are licensed and insured. Our operating authority is held under Move Out Logistics LLC: USDOT 4370461, MC 1711675, PA PUC A-2025-3057311. Exonerated Movers and Move Out Logistics are the same company operating under two names.
If something of yours is damaged, tell us as soon as you notice. Claims for household goods moves are handled under the coverage stated on your estimate and under the rules that apply to licensed movers. We will give you the claims procedure in writing when you book.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
