This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
When you ask for an estimate. The form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, where the job is, and any details you choose to add. You give us that; we do not obtain it from anywhere else.
When you use the site. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser, the pages requested and when. Analytics tells us which pages are used, which links are tapped, roughly which city a visit came from, and what device was used. We use this to understand what people need, not to identify you personally.
To give you an estimate, to do the job you hired us for, to reach you about it, and to keep records we are required to keep. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for as long as we need them for tax and insurance records. Analytics is kept in aggregate.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will do it. We will not make you jump through hoops.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics does not use cookies to follow you between websites.
This site is for people arranging moving and logistics services. It is not directed at children.
